Bwalia Nkumbula is a Zambian award winning entrepreneur, music exec and artist manager. Bwalia is also the founder and CEO of Zed Arts Records, a Zambian independent Record Label that represents one of Zambia’s most exciting young stars, Natasha Chansa and Foreighn. Bwalia wears many hats in the entertainment industry, ranging from artist management to creative direction and to acting.

Melissa Conradie

With over 23 years of experiencing in the music industry, Melissa Conradie has been running her own agency for nearly 8 years, aptly named the Melissa Conradie Agency. The Agency specializes in radio plugging and PR work for musicians, but also has an artist booking department for live shows. Melissa now consults for Breakout Events and the Gallo Record Company, as well as running the independent radio plugging for some of the country’s biggest Pop artists. The agency also looks after live performance bookings for Grassy Spark, Liam Burger and Cece Vee.


Nkululeko Zilibokwe

Nkululeko Zilibokwe is the founder and director of Triple Double Media. He continues to amass a reputable reputation having already worked with some of Africa’s biggest names and organizations in entertainment and film such as DJ Cuppy, Dax, Gazza, and Paradise as one of his clients he acquired extensive knowledge and experience in communications, marketing, public relations, and talent management fields.


Alex Flitsch

Alex Flitsch is Head of Artist & Label Management for Paradise Worldwide and responsible for the department and most key accounts. Next to this, he runs Connaisseur Recordings, an electronic Indie-label with a catalogue of 600+ titles which has been operating since 2005. It was one of the very first imprints dedicated to a certain melodic house sound, still inspiring artists and labels to this day, making it a true pioneer in the European electronic music scene. His clients can benefit from his almost 20 years of experience, coupled with his very modern understanding of release and format strategies.
